From first plans to final details

Innova Custom Builders creates new homes, ADUs and additions across Cape Cod, the South Shore and Greater Boston, with careful construction and in-house finish carpentry.

01 / Our story

Built by a carpenter

Lucas Pedroso de Oliveira has been building on Cape Cod since 2019, starting with decks, trim packages and custom millwork, the kind of work where every detail shows.

In 2024 he founded Innova Custom Builders with a clear idea: one team that takes a project from foundation to final trim, with the owner on site and the craftsmanship done in-house. Most builders hand the finish work to a subcontractor. We do it ourselves, so the same team that frames your home also scribes the last piece of trim.

Today, Innova’s projects include new homes, ADUs and additions across Cape Cod, the South Shore and Greater Boston, alongside the detail work that started it all.
